Police are soliciting the assistance of the public with their investigations into an armed robbery at a Gas Station in Grenville during which an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.

A 25-year old Medical Student who was found dead at her rented apartment in True Blue (St. George) has been identified as Nyawira Nwaura of Kenya.

A quantity of ammunition and firearms are off the streets following the arrest of a St. George resident during an anti-drug operation.

A Drug Squad led operation has resulted in another major breakthrough in the trafficking of illicit drugs.

As the new school year, 2012 to 2013, begins, the Drug Control Secretariat wishes to congratulate all staff and students on their return to school.  We also wish to congratulate the new students who entered primary or secondary schools.

We extend congratulations to all the students who were successful in the CAPE and CXC exams.  The Drug Control Secretariat is indeed proud of your outstanding accomplishments.
