RGPF Hurricane Preparedness

The Royal Grenada Police Force began a series of hurricane preparedness exercises for the 2021 hurricane season.  Table top exercises were conducted at Western and Central Divisions on Saturday 29th and Monday 31st May, 2021, respectively.  They will be followed by Eastern and Northern Divisions.

 

 

These exercises are to test the organizations’ operational readiness, procedural knowledge, response mechanism, coordination, command and control and communication capabilities among other securities responses in accordance with its hurricane plans, procedures and guidelines that is expected to be employed should the island be impacted by any adverse tropical weather system.
