The RGPF wishes to inform the public, that a thorough investigation was conducted into the complaint made by Pearls resident Ronald Charles, against Corporal Kenny Herry, alleging Police brutality.

As we have indicated previously, a completed case file has since been submitted to the Director of Public Prosecution in April, 2020, for his considered opinion.

To date, this matter is still under consideration by the DPP’s office and whenever a directive is given the RGPF will communicate the findings to Mr Charles.
