Police is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating Raphael Chance, 60 years old of Mardigras, St. George.

Raphael was last seen on Thursday 10th March 2022 at La Borie Junction, St. George. He is about five feet eleven inches in height and brown in complexion. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, brown short pants with a brown jacket and black shoes.
