Mont Tout Man Charged for Eighteen Offences

Officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department, South St. George District, arrested and charged 52 year old Winston Smith of Mont Tout, St. George, on Wednesday 14th April, 2021.   

 

Smith was charged with six (6) counts of House Breaking and Stealing, five (5) counts of Stealing from a Dwelling House, two (2) counts of Stealing,  three (3) counts of Damage to Property, one (1) count of Possession of House Breaking Implements and one (1) count of Using a Motor Vehicle without the Consent of the Owner.

 

He appeared at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday 14th April, 2021, and was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.  Smith will reappear in court on April 21st, 2021.
