St. Mark Resident Charged for Dangerous Driving

Robert Bishop, 53 years, Mechanic, of Waltham, St. Mark, was arrested and charged for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, following a vehicular accident that occurred on October 8, 2020, at St. David Street, Victoria, St. Mark, resulting in the death of Eric Sylvester of Victoria, St. Mark.   

 

Bishop appeared at the Victoria Magistrate’s Court on December 9, 2020, and was granted bail in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00 E.C.C.), with two (2) sureties.  As part of his bail conditions, he is to surrender all his travel documents, and report to the Victoria Police Station every Monday and Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

 

He is scheduled to reappear in court on January 18, 2021.
