St. Andrew Resident Charged with Murder

Keiron Chitan, 30 years, Farmer of Upper St. John’s, St. Andrew, has been charged with non-capital murder.
 
Chitan who will appear at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on Friday 17th January, 2020 is alleged to have intentionally caused the death of Lenisha Stafford, 16 years, by unlawful harm.
 
An autopsy report revealed that Stafford who was discovered at the home of the accused died from injuries sustained as a result of a gunshot wound to the forehead.
 
Police investigations continue.
