Where there is a need for police security at any event a request must be made to the Commissioner of Police three (3) working days in advance stating;

• The time of the event
• The date of the event
• Place where the event will be held
• What type of event is being held?
• Who is hosting the event?
• The total amount of Police Officers requested

A fee of twenty Eastern Caribbean Currency ($20.00 ECC) per hour for each police officer will be charged and, this fee must be paid to the Finance Department of the Royal Grenada Police Force (Police Headquarters) in cash or by cheque and an official receipt must be collected one (1) day prior to the hosting of the event.  Where payment is being made by cheque it must be written out to the Commissioner of Police.
